2. Technologies currently used
The SafeBox website currently uses technologies necessary for its operation, security, language selection, authentication and contact form submission.
SafeBox does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking technologies or behavioural profiling systems for commercial purposes.
Account and authentication features are currently under development and are publicly identified as coming soon. However, technical access routes may use session technologies during testing and authorised operation of the portal.

3. Technical providers and services
The website uses specialised technical providers for hosting, infrastructure, security, authentication, database services and email delivery.
Language selection is managed through next-intl, which may use functional or session technologies to remember the visitor's language preference.
Authentication features use Supabase. When an authorised user signs in, necessary session technologies may be used to create, maintain and refresh the authenticated session.
Public contact form submissions are processed through the SafeBox website server. Submitted information is stored using Supabase, and Resend is used to send email notifications relating to submitted enquiries. These server-side services are not used by SafeBox to place advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies on the visitor's device.
Vercel provides website hosting and related technical infrastructure.

4. Consent
Cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary for website operation, security, language selection and authentication may be used without optional consent where permitted by applicable law.
If SafeBox activates analytics, advertising or any other optional technologies requiring consent in the future, those technologies will not be enabled before visitors have been provided with an appropriate choice to accept or reject their use.
Where legally required, options to accept and reject optional technologies will be presented with equivalent prominence.
5. Managing and deleting cookies
Visitors can review, block or delete cookies through their browser settings.
Deleting language-related technologies may cause the website to select the language again according to the browser settings.
Deleting or blocking authentication technologies may sign the user out or prevent access to portal features.
Blocking essential technical technologies may affect the operation of certain parts of the website.
6. Changes to this policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated when website features, technical providers or legal requirements change.
If analytics tools, advertising technologies, embedded media, payments or other optional technologies are introduced, this policy and, where applicable, the consent system will be updated before or when those technologies are publicly activated.
